RECONCILIATION

I do not know about you, but I like it when I am reconciled. I remember when a colleague of my fathers came to me and said, "Peter, I just want to apologize for all the negative thoughts that I have had about you over the years. I knew that you were a great guy, but I just wanted to confess to you that, because of crazy rumors, I had begun to develop some bad thoughts towards you, and might have even treated you unfairly. I wanted to apologize, and say that I am sorry to you. I know that you are an amazing person."
This felt genuine and felt like true reconciliation.
